"What a wonderful experience!!! Sam at the front desk was very professional. We first spoke on the phone about my issue and went over on how the diagnostic procedure was to be performed. When I arrived at the shop I was welcomed by Sam and he did exactly what we dicussed on the phone. The vehicle was diagnosed and a printed readout was texted to my phone.
